摘  要:电磁卸载阀是矿用乳化液泵站的关键控制元件,通过调节泵站的压力,确保乳化液供应过程的稳定性和灵活性,其性能的优劣直接影响泵站的供液质量和系统的节能效果。为研究电磁卸载阀的性能,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的电磁卸载阀性能测试平台。该系统主要有数据采集、实时状态监测、参数配置、数据回放分析等功能。研究结果表明,该系统具有数据传输稳定、实时性好、工作效率高等特点,可为后续开发矿用电磁卸载阀产品提供参考。The electromagnetic unloading valve is a key control component of the mining emulsion pump station.By adjusting the pressure of the pump station,it ensures the stability and flexibility of the emulsion supply process.The quality of its performance directly affects the supply quality of the pump station and the energy-saving effect of the system.In order to study the performance of electromagnetic unloading valve,a performance testing platform for electromagnetic unloading valve based on LabVIEW was designed.The main functions of the system are data collection,real-time condition monitoring,parameter configuration and data playback analysis.The research results show that the characteristics of the system are stable data transmission,good real-time performance and high efficiency,which can provide a reference for the subsequent development of mining electromagnetic unloading valve products.
