摘 要:为解决五轴联动加工中传统的直线及圆弧插补难以满足复杂曲面型面精度的问题,提出一种NURBS曲线同步插补方法。首先,根据NURBS曲线的相关理论生成了三次3条NURBS刀具路径模型;其次,根据泰勒展开式计算出了3条轨迹各对应的插补点的参数,以刀心点轨迹参数为基准,对刀轴点和刀触点的轨迹参数进行同步,实现3条NURBS曲线轨迹的同步运动;然后,基于JAVA语言和eclipse平台,开发出具有NURBS插补功能的后置处理软件;最后,以某一叶轮作为试验件,进行MATLAB仿真分析及VERICUT仿真加工验证。结果表明,与传统的插补方法相比,该方法可以实现更高精度的NURBS同步轨迹插补,进而高效且高品质地加工复杂的曲面。In order to solve the problem that the traditional linear and circular interpolation can not meet the accuracy of the complex surface,a method of NURBS curve synchronous interpolation was proposed.Firstly,a cubic three-way NURBS tool path model was generated according to the NURBS curve correlation theory.Secondly,the parameters of the corresponding interpolation points of the three tracks were calculated according to the Taylor expansion.The trajectory parameters of the cutter center point were used as the reference to synchronize the trajectory parameters of the cutter shaft point and the cutter contact point,and the synchronous motion of the three NURBS curves was realized.Then,based on JAVA language and eclipse platform,the post-processing software with NURBS interpolation function was developed.Finally,a blade was taken as a test piece,and verified by MATLAB simulation analysis and VERICUT simulation processing.The results show that compared with the traditional interpolation method,this method can realize NURBS synchronous trajectory interpolation with higher precision,and thus machine complex surfaces efficiently and with high quality.
