摘  要:为解决半煤岩巷道掘进面粉尘污染问题、有效降低掘进面粉尘浓度,以凉水井煤矿半煤岩巷道为研究对象,采用CFD-DPM数值模拟方法,对比研究了不同压抽比与轴径出风比对掘进面粉尘扩散特性的影响。结果表明:当压抽比不大于1且轴径比为1∶3和压抽比大于1且轴径比为1∶4时,工作面距离迎头10 m内会形成朝迎头方向的阻尘气流;当压抽比为0.8且轴径比为1∶3时,控尘效果最佳,粉尘浓度在距离迎头7.9 m范围内得到有效控制。In order to solve the problem of dust pollution in the driving face of semi-coal rock roadway and reduce the dust concentration of the driving face effectively,taking semi-coal rock roadway of Liangshuijing coal mine as the research object,the influence of different forced-to-exhaust flow ratio and axial-to-radial flow ratio on dust diffusion characteristics of driving face was studied by using CFD-DPM numerical simulation method.The results show that when the forced-to-exhaust flow ratio is less than or equal to 1 and the axial-to-radial flow ratio is 1∶3,and the forced-to-exhaust flow ratio is greater than 1 and the axial-to-radial flow ratio is 1∶4,the dust-blocking airflow towards the heading face direction can form within 10 meters.When the forced-to-exhaust flow ratio is 0.8 and the axial-to-radial flow ratio is 1∶3,the dust control effect is the best,and the dust concentration is effectively controlled within 7.9 meters from the heading face.
