摘 要:针对煤矿巷道局部支护失效、使用单体锚杆钻机进行人工补打作业且工人劳动强度大、施工环境差、人力施工侧帮高位锚杆钻孔较为困难的问题,研制了适用于煤矿巷道补打锚杆的轮式电动锚杆钻车。从煤矿井下补打锚杆支护作业需求及电动锚杆钻车技术要求出发,介绍了钻车总体方案设计思路,设计了零污染新能源电驱胶轮式底盘、锚固施工作业全流程自动化工作装置、相关液压动力及电控变压系统。该钻车实现了安全高效自动化锚固施工,为煤矿井下巷道局部支护失效锚杆补打作业科学高效施工提供了装备保障。Aiming at the problems that the local support in coal mine roadway is fail,a single anchor rod drilling rig is used for manual supplementary drilling operations,and the labor intensity of workers is high,the construction environment is poor,and it is difficult to drill high level anchor rod on the side wall manually,a wheeled electric anchor rod drilling vehicle suitable for supplementary drilling of anchor rod in coal mine roadway was developed.Starting from the requirements for supplementary anchor rod support operations in coal mine and the technical requirements of electric anchor rod drilling vehicle,introduced the overall design concept of the drilling vehicle,and designed a zero pollution new energy electric drive rubber wheel chassis,an automatic working device for the entire process of anchor construction operations,and related hydraulic power and electric control variable pressure systems.This drilling vehicle for coal mine achieves safe,efficient and automated anchoring construction,which provides equipment support for the scientific and efficient construction of local support failure anchor rod replacement operations in coal mine underground roadway.
