摘 要:主要研究煤机行业刮板输送机常用的高强耐磨板NM450的焊接冷裂敏感性,按照斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验方法进行试验。研究了板厚一定时预热温度变化对NM450焊接敏感性的影响,以及随着板厚增加NM450的焊接冷裂敏感性与预热温度的关系。通过试验得出:在环境温度约13℃、空气湿度53%时,30 mm的NM450在预热到100℃时,焊后裂纹率为0,55 mm的NM450预热温度达到125℃可使焊后裂纹率为0。Mainly studied the welding cold cracking sensitivity of the high-strength wear-resistant plate NM450 commonly used in the scraper conveyor in the coal mining industry.The experiment was carried out based on the oblique Y-shaped sloped welding crack experiment method.Studyed when the thickness of the plate is fixed,the influence of the preheating temperature changes on the sensitivity of welding of NM450,and the relationship between welding cold cracking sensitivity and preheating temperature with the thickness of the plate thickness.Through the experiments,it can be concluded that the welding fissure rate of the NM450 of 30 mm is 0 when it is preheated to 100℃at the environment temperature 13℃and air humidity 53%;when the preheating temperature of the 55 mm NM450 reaches 125℃,the welding fissure rate will be 0.
