摘  要:针对钻机动力头芯管在施工过程中易出现断裂失效的问题,对断裂芯管进行了化学成分检验、断口宏观分析、受力和有限元仿真分析、金相组织和扫描电镜微观组织分析研究。结果表明,断裂主要由于芯管受到来自主轴和配油套旋转运动产生的弯曲应力,芯管材料许用最大弯曲应力小于极限工况下受到的弯曲应力,产生纤维状裂纹、最终断裂。其他因素导致的频繁微小冲击也会降低芯管的使用寿命,导致疲劳断裂失效。试验通过优化热处理参数、更换新材料的方式,增加了芯管连续工作不出现断裂和变形的时间,提高芯管使用寿命。In riew of the problem for the fracture failure of the power head core tube of the drilling rig during construction,chemical composition inspection,macroscopic analysis of the fracture surface,stress and finite element simulation analysis,metallographic and scanning electron microscopy microstructure analysis were conducted on the fractured core tube.The results show that the fracture is mainly due to the bending stress generated by the rotation of the main shaft and oil distribution sleeve.The maximum allowable bending stress of the core tube material is smaller than the bending stress under extreme working conditions,resulting in fibrous cracks and ultimately fracture.Frequent small impacts caused by other factors can also reduce the service life of the core tube,leading to fatigue fracture failure.By optimizing heat treatment parameters and replacing new materials,the experiment improves the continuous working time of the core tube without fracture and deformation,and extend the service life of the core tube.
