摘  要:针对现行煤炭行业标准MT 76-2011中缺少对液压支架浓缩液泡沫性能进行定量评价的问题,提出了一种基于循环冲击方式的泡沫表征手段。该方法所需设备简单,操作便捷,起泡模式更接近煤矿泵站的配液系统的实际工况。通过对市售的4种液压支架传动介质进行测试验证,结果表明,其抑泡性能和消泡性能的相对标准偏差分别小于1.0%和2.3%。与传统的人工垂直振荡法相比,该方法具有更高的可重复性、准确性和分辨能力。In view of the lack of the quantitative evaluation of the foaming performance for hydraulic support concentrate in the standard MT/T 76-2011,a foaming characterization method based on the cyclic fluid impact was introduced,which is facile to operate with the accessible and simple equipment.This method works with a similar foaming regime with the actual working conditions of the liquid distribution system in the coal mine.Four commercial products of hydraulic support transmission medium were tested through this method.The results show that the relative standard deviation of less than 1.0%and 2.3%for the antifoaming and defoaming performance.Compared with the traditional approach based on the vertical shaking,this method has higher repeatability,accuracy and resolution ability.
