摘 要:主动钻杆是自动钻机的关键零部件之一,在自动钻机钻进过程中起至关重要的作用,而主动钻杆公接头螺纹使用寿命的高低直接决定自动钻机的钻进效率,其质量优劣主要取决于公接头热处理加工工艺。原公接头渗碳、淬火后的防渗部位依然硬度过高、渗层过深,摩擦焊接端及外螺纹表面被淬透,螺纹表面抗冲击韧性较差,使用过程中主动钻杆摩擦焊缝及公接头螺纹易脆断,进尺较浅。为解决该问题,研究采用了新型的加工工艺方法,提升了主动钻杆公接头螺纹耐磨性及摩擦焊缝接头的综合力学性能,避免渗碳、淬火后涂抹防渗剂的各种弊端及质量问题,其适应性增强,质量可靠,提高了主动钻杆的使用寿命。The active drill pipe is one of the key components of an automatic drilling rig,playing a crucial role in the drilling process.The service life of the male joint thread of the active drill pipe directly determines the drilling efficiency of the automatic drilling rig,and its quality mainly depends on the heat treatment processing technology of the male joint.The anti-seepage area of the original male joint after carburization and quenching still has high hardness and deep infiltration layer.The friction welding end and external thread surface are hardened,and the impact toughness of the thread surface is poor.During use,the friction welding seam and male joint thread of the active drilling rod are prone to brittle fracture,and the footage is shallow.To solve this problem,studied and adoptsed a new processing method,which improves the wear resistance of the threads of the active drill pipe male joint and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the friction weld joint,and avoids various drawbacks and quality problems such as carburization and application of anti-seepage agents after quenching.Its adaptability is enhanced,quality is reliable,and the service life of the active drill pipe is improved.
