摘  要:为解决大倾角工作面在截煤过程中出现煤矸滚落造成人身伤害事故的问题,通过采取有效防范措施,在采煤机和液压支架上安装红外线传感器收发装置,实现采煤机与支架之间的相对位置准确定位,从而按照设定程序判断采煤机与支架的运行状态所处阶段,将采集信号回传给监测中心,自动控制液压千斤顶伸缩防护挡矸板,完成对操作人员的防护。经效果验证,有效减少了工伤事故,节省了工伤费用支出,取得了显著效果。In order to solve the problem of personal injury accidents caused by coal gangue rolling in the process of coal cutting in the working face with large inclination angle,by taking effective preventive measures,infrared sensor transceiver devices were installed on the shearer and hydraulic support to achieve accurate positioning of the relative positions between the shearer and the support,so as to judge the operation stage of the shearer and the support according to the set program.The collected signal is sent back to the monitoring center,and the hydraulic jack is automatically controlled to extend the protective blocking gangue board,which completes the protection of the operator.After the effect verification,the work-related accidents are effectively reduced,the cost of work-related injuries is saved,and remarkable results are achieved.
