摘 要:在传统通风系统监控体系的基础上,综合运用先进的信号采集运输技术,通过CAN总线以及风压监测设备进行了矿井通风安全监控系统的总体设计优化。分析风压传感器自校正方法的不足,提出运用灰色预测理论进行自校正,为提高风压传感器输出的精准度提供了理论支持。优化后该系统可以更加全面实时地进行监测,为矿井智能化通风建设提供了技术支撑。Based on the traditional ventilation system monitoring system,comprehensively used advanced signal acquisition and transportation technology,and optimized the overall design of mine ventilation safety monitoring system through CAN bus and wind pressure monitoring equipment.Analyzed the shortcomings of the self-correction method of the wind pressure sensor,and the grey prediction theory was proposed to self-correct the wind pressure sensor,which provides theoretical support for improving the accuracy of the output of the wind pressure sensor.The optimized system can monitor the safety of the ventilation system in a more comprehensive and real-time manner,which provides theoretical support for the intelligent ventilation construction of the mine.
