热毒宁注射液对细菌性肺炎患儿血清炎症因子水平及胸部X 线片变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析热毒宁注射液联合抗菌素方案治疗儿童细菌性肺炎的效果及对其炎症因子水平及胸部X线片变化的影响。方法:回顾性分析2021年6~12月芜湖市中医医院56例肺炎患儿临床资料,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组28例(常规抗菌素方案)和研究组28例(常规抗菌素方案联用热毒宁注射液),比较两组患儿临床疗效,观察两组患儿治疗前后的中医症状积分、炎症因子水平及胸部X线摄片影像学表现。结果:研究组的总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%),P<0.05;研究组治疗后C反应蛋白、白细胞计数和中性粒细胞等炎症指标下降幅度均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿肺部炎性阴影部分吸收率(96.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),P<0.05;研究组的中医主症、次症积分和中医症状总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液可有效减轻儿童细菌性肺炎的炎症反应,促进炎症吸收,更快改善患儿临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of Reduning injection combined with antibiotics on the variation of serum level of inflammatory factors and chest radiography in children with bacterial pneumonia.Methods:This retrospective study covered a period from June to December of 2021.Fifty-six children with bacterial pneumonia were included and divided into control group(n=28)and study group(n=28)according to different medication regimes.The children in the control group just received regular antibiotic therapy,and those in the study group were treated with Reduning injection plus antibiotics.The effective rate,declined levels of inflammatory factors,changes of chest X-ray radiogram and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms were analyzed after treatment in each group.Results:The overall effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.86%vs.71.43%;P<0.05).The declined levels of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and neutrophil indexes of the study group were significantly higher than these of the control group(P<0.05).The absorption rate of inflammatory lesion shadow of the lung was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group(96.43%vs.71.43%;P<0.05),and the declined scores of the main and secondary TCM symptoms and total TCM symptoms were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduning injection plus antibiotic regime can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response,promote inflammation absorption and improve clinical symptoms of children with bacterial pneumonia.
