摘  要:炼焦煤胶质体特性是影响炼焦过程和焦炭质量的关键因素,研究胶质体流动性、黏结性、膨胀性等特性及其之间的相关性可为胶质体质量的综合评价提供依据,进而指导炼焦配煤。通过测定来自全国不同矿点以炼焦煤为主的16个煤样的工业分析、胶质层指数、奥阿膨胀度、吉氏流动度,对吉氏流动度(MF)与奥阿全膨胀度(a+b)、最大胶质层厚度(Y)、黏结指数(G R.I)等其他黏结性指标进行相关性研究,并结合温度特征指标探讨最大流动度(lg MF)与初始软化温度(T s)、最大流动温度(T max)、固化温度(T r)和塑性范围(ΔT)间的相关性。研究结果表明:研究煤样的lg MF与a+b、Y、G R.I存在二次曲线相关性,其相关系数(R 2)分别为0.7491、0.8161和0.7604,且相关性受煤种的影响较大。lg MF与T s存在较好的相关性:随着lg MF增大,大体上T s逐渐减小,二次回归曲线的相关系数为0.8142;lg MF与T max、lg MF与T r的相关性很差;lg MF与ΔT存在较强的相关性,总体上随着lg MF增大,ΔT逐渐增大,二次回归曲线的相关系数为0.8712。The plastic layer properties of coking coal are crucial factors that influence the coking process and the quality of coke.Studying properties like fluidity,adhesion,swelling,and their correlations can serve as a basis for a comprehensive evaluation of plastic layer quality,guiding coking coal blending.Through detailed analysis of 16 coking coals from different mining areas in China,including the proximate analysis,plastic layer index,Audibert-Arnu dilatation,and Gieseler fluidity,we have deeply investigated the correlation between Gieseler fluidity(MF)and key caking indexes,such as Audibert-Arnu dilatation(a+b),maximal plastic layer thickness(Y),and bond index(G R.I).Additionally,we further explored the correlations between the maximum fluidity(lg MF)and the initial softening temperature(T s),maximum fluidity temperature(T max),solidification temperature(T r),and plasticity temperature range(ΔT)in conjunction with the temperature characterization parameters.The results indicated that the lg MF of the coal samples exhibited a quadratic curve correlation with a+b,Y and G R.I,with correlation coefficients(R 2)of 0.7491,0.8161,and 0.7604,respectively.The correlation was significantly influenced by the type of coal.lg MF showed a stronger correlation with T s:as lg MF increased,T s generally decreased,with a correlation coefficient of 0.8142 for the quadratic regression curves.The correlation between lg MF and T max,lg MF and T r was found to be weak.A notable correlation was observed between lg MF andΔT,where an increase in lg MF corresponded to a gradual increase inΔT,with a correlation coefficient of 0.8712 for the quadratic regression curve.
