湖南省森林火灾时空分布特点及周末、节假日效应探析

摘　　要：深入研究湖南省森林火灾时空分布特点和周末、节假日效应,掌握火灾的分布规律,对科学管理野外火源、预防森林火灾具有重要意义。研究结果表明:湖南省2016—2020年森林火灾次数总体呈下降趋势,92.74%的森林火灾发生于每年9月至次年4月,2/3以上的森林火灾发生在2—4月,2月森林火灾发生频率最高;永州市森林火灾发生最多,郴州市、益阳市次之,发生频率相对较低的是常德市、娄底市和长沙市;核密度值较高区域主要分布在益阳市、永州市、郴州市等7市,核密度值最高的区域在益阳市中部,常德市、长沙市大部分地区处于最低核密度值区域;湘西土家族苗族自治州、娄底市等11市州存在周末效应;清明节、春节、植树节和国庆节期间及前后节假日效应明显。It is of great significance for the scientific management of wildfire sources and the prevention of forest fires to carry out research on the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of forest fires as well as the weekend and holiday effects in Hunan Province,which are crucial for understanding the distribution patterns of forest fires.The research results revealed that the overall number of forest fires in Hunan showed a downward trend from 2016 to 2020.Specifically,92.74%of forest fires occurred between September and April of the following year,with more than two-thirds occurring from February to April,during which the highest frequency of forest fires was found in February.Forest fires occurred most in Yongzhou City,followed by Chenzhou City and Yiyang City,and the occurrence of forest fires was relatively lower in Changde City,Loudi City and Changsha City.Regions with higher kernel density values were primarily distributed in seven cities,including Yiyang City,Yongzhou City,Chenzhou City,etc.The area with the highest kernel density value was located in milldle Yiyang City,while most parts of Changde City and Changsha City were in the lowest kernel density value area.Eleven cities and prefectures including Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and Loudi City exhibited weekend effects.There were notable holiday effects during and around significant occasions like the Qingming Festival,Spring Festival,Arbor Day and National Day.
