摘  要:以‘紫精灵’紫薇为研究对象,开展不同施肥配比对紫薇叶片内源激素含量影响的试验研究,旨在为探明施肥促进紫薇生长的机制提供理论依据。以‘紫精灵’紫薇2年生苗为研究材料,采用氮、磷、钾3因素4水平的“3414”施肥试验设计,测定不同处理的叶片内源激素含量。结果表明:氮、磷、钾施肥显著提高了紫薇叶片IAA、GA_(3)、ZR含量和(IAA+GA_(3)+ZR)含量/ABA含量比值,比不施肥处理T1(N 0P 0K 0)分别提高了26.35%~146.51%、10.82%~104.74%、27.26%~247.80%、72.03%~456.73%,T6(N 2P_(2)K_(2))处理的IAA和ZR含量最高,T3(N_(1)P_(2)K_(2))处理的GA_(3)含量和(IAA+GA_(3)+ZR)含量/ABA含量比值最大;施肥显著降低了叶片ABA含量,比不施肥处理T1降低了18.36%~57.17%,T3处理的ABA含量最低。随着氮、磷、钾肥施用量的增加,紫薇叶片IAA、GA_(3)、ZR含量呈现先升后降的趋势,ABA含量呈现先降后升的趋势。氮肥对紫薇叶片IAA、GA_(3)、ZR含量的影响最大,磷肥对叶片ABA含量、(IAA+GA_(3)+ZR)含量/ABA含量比值的影响最大。氮、磷、钾施肥可影响叶片内源激素的含量而调控紫薇的生长。In order to study the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization on endogenous hormone contents of Lagerstroemia indica leaves,and to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the mechanism of fertilization to promote the growth of L.indica.Taking 2-year-old seedlings of L.indica‘Zijingling as the research material,the“3414”fertilization experiment design with 3 factors and 4 levels of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was adopted to determine the endogenous hormone contents of leaves with different treatments.The results showed that nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization significantly increased the IAA,GA_(3) and ZR contents and(IAA+GA_(3)+ZR)/ABA of L.indica leaves,which were 26.35%~146.51%,10.82%~104.74%,27.26%~247.80%and 72.03%~456.73%higher than that of the no-fertilizer treatment T1(N 0P 0K 0).The T6(N 2P_(2)K_(2))treatment had the highest IAA and ZR content,and the T3(N_(1)P_(2)K_(2))treatment had the highest GA_(3) content and(IAA+GA_(3)+ZR)/ABA.The fertilizer application significantly reduced the ABA contents of leaves,which were 18.36%~57.17%lower than that of the no-fertilizer T1 treatment,and the T3 treatments had the lowest ABA content.With the increase of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer application,the contents of IAA,GA_(3) and ZR of L.indica leaves showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the contents of ABA showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing.Nitrogen fertilizer had the greatest effect on IAA,GA_(3),and ZR contents of L.indica leaves,and phosphorus fertilizer had the greatest effect on ABA contents and(IAA+GA_(3)+ZR)/ABA of leaves.Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization can regulate the growth of L.indica by influencing the content of endogenous hormones in leaves.
