摘　　要：新中国成立后,在中国共产党的领导建设下,河北省内河航运业逐步明确了主要航运机构的行政隶属与职权划分,构建了相对完善的航运法规体系,同时对航运业运营模式与航运基础设施进行了优化与完善,使河北省内河航运业逐步恢复并发展成为社会主义建设的重要力量,在客货运输与灾害救治中发挥着重要作用。After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,under the leadership of the CPC,the inland shipping industry in Hebei Province has gradually defined the administrative subordination and power division of the main shipping institutions,built a relatively complete shipping law system,and optimized the shipping industry operation mode and shipping infrastructure.Therefore,the inland shipping industry in Hebei Province has gradually recovered and developed into an important force in socialist construction,playing an important role in passenger and freight transportation and disaster relief.
