高校党内监督体系建设路径探究--以H省为例

摘　　要：高校是培养堪当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要阵地。高校党委要在党中央集中统一领导下,充分发挥党内监督定向引领作用,构建以政治监督为重点,以党内监督为主导,纪检监察专责监督、各类监督有机贯通、相互协调的监督体系,让监督更好融入高校治理体系、转化为治理效能。H省高校在工作实际中,坚持党的全面领导,贯通协同“两个责任”,突出监督重点,完善制度机制,创新工作方法,有效落实立德树人根本任务,以强有力的党内监督保障省内高校高质量内涵式发展。Colleges and universities are important places forcultivating new generations who can be capable of taking the responsibility of national rejuvenation.Under the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,university party committees should give full play to the directional guiding role of internal party supervision,and build a supervision system with political supervision as the focus,party supervision as the mainstay,disciplinary inspection supervision as the specialized supervision,various forms of supervision interconnected and coordinated,so as to integrate supervision better into the university governance system and transform it into governance effectiveness.In the practical work of colleges and universities in H Province,they adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,implement the“two responsibilities”in a coordinated manner,focus on key supervision areas,improve institutional mechanisms,innovate work methods,effectively implement the fundamental task of cultivating students’moral character,and ensure the high-quality and connotation-based development of universities in the province through strong internal party supervision.
