摘　　要：《明故中宪大夫陕西临洮府知府仰潍张公暨配刘宜人墓志铭》为明万历、天启朝大学士朱延禧为临洮府知府张第撰文的墓志铭,文物价值较高。它详细记载了张第的生平事迹与仕宦经历,弥补了文献记载的缺失。文中涉及明后期朝廷政治与地方社会的一些历史细节,文献价值丰富。碑文为鲁西仕宦家族史与区域社会史研究提供了较为可靠的历史信息,有助于提升对地方社会的认识。“The Epitaph of Zhang Di and his wife Liu Yiren in Lintao Prefecture,Shanxi in Ming Dynasty”is an epitaph written by Zhu Yanxi,a grand secretary of Wanli and Tianqi dynasties in Ming Dynasty,for Zhang Di,a former magistrate of Lintao Prefecture.The epitaphis of high culture and historical value.It records Zhang Di’s life story,deeds and official experience in detail,filling in some missing information of documentary records.Ittouches upon some historical details of the imperial politics and local society in the late Ming Dynasty,making it a valuable historical document.The epitaph provide reliable historical information for the study of the Lu-Xi official family and regional society,contributing to the comprehensive understanding of local society.
