局部皮瓣联合精细减张美容缝合在面部急性外伤修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部皮瓣修复联合精细减张美容缝合技术在面部急性外伤中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2023年10月笔者科室收治的51例面部急性外伤患者。根据创面部位、形状以及皮肤缺损情况,选择和设计不同的局部皮瓣修复创面。术中均采用精细减张美容缝合技术缝合伤口。随访观察修复效果及记录患者满意度。采用抑郁自评量表(Selfrating depression scale,SDS)及焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评估患者心理状态。结果:所有患者创面均一期愈合,皮瓣色泽良好,无明显瘢痕增生,与健侧基本对称。术后3个月,患者SDS、SAS评分均低于术后1周(P<0.05),患者满意率达98.04%。结论:局部皮瓣修复联合精细减张美容缝合在面部急性外伤中应用效果良好,瘢痕小,能够减轻患者心理负担,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of local skin flap combined with fine reduction aesthetic suture in acute facial trauma.Methods A total of 51 patients with acute facial trauma admitted to the author's department from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected.According to the location,shape and defect of the wound,different local flaps were selected and designed to repair the wound.All the wounds were sutured by fine reduction aesthetic suture technique.The repair effect was observed and the satisfaction of the patients was recorded.Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the psychological status of patients.Results The wounds of all patients healed in the first stage.The flaps had good color,no obvious scar hyperplasia,and were basically symmetrical with the healthy side.The SDS and SAS scores of patients 3 months after operation were lower than those 1 week after operation(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of patients was 98.04%.Conclusion The application of local skin flap combined with fine reduction aesthetic suture technique in acute facial trauma has good effect,small scar,can reduce the psychological burden of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
