摘  要:为了研究采用国产齿板连接的竹集成材(laminated bamboo lumber,LBL)节点的力学性能,参照《木结构试验方法标准》(GB/T 50329-2012)的相关规定,对136个LBL齿板节点开展了齿板连接试验,确定了其齿板抗拉强度设计值、齿板抗剪强度设计值、板齿强度设计值和板齿抗滑移强度设计值。结果表明,齿板取向(θ)对LBL齿板节点的力学性能有显著影响,当齿板主轴由与荷载平行(θ=0°)转为与荷载垂直(θ=90°)时,齿板抗拉强度、板齿极限强度和抗滑移强度均得到提高。现有木结构设计规范提供的板齿强度计算公式明显高估了LBL齿板节点在齿板非正交于荷载方向(θ≠0°和90°)下的板齿极限强度与抗滑移强度。基于齿板取向,提出了LBL齿板节点的板齿强度计算公式,预测误差明显减小。与胶合竹(glued laminated bamboo,glubam)齿板节点的对比表明,布置横向竹条是改善LBL齿板节点连接性能的合理方法。In order to investigate the mechanical properties of laminated bamboo lumber(LBL)joints connected by domestic tooth plates,tooth plate connection tests on 136 LBL tooth plate joints were carried out in accordance with the Chinese standard—Stan-dard for test methods of timber structures(GB/T 50329-2012).The design values for tensile strength,shear strength,plate tooth strength,and plate tooth anti-slip strength of the LBL tooth plate joints were determined based on the test results.The results show that the tooth plate orientation(θ)has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the LBL tooth plate joints.When the main axis of tooth plate is turned from parallel(θ=0°)to perpendicular(θ=90°)to the load,the tooth plate tensile strength,the ultimate strength,and anti-slip strength of the plate teeth are all improved.The tooth strength calculation formula provided by the existing wooden structure design specifications obviously overestimates the ultimate strength and anti-slip strength of the tooth plate of LBL tooth plate joints when the tooth plate is not orthogonal to the load direction(θ≠0°and 90°).Based on the tooth plate orientation,a tooth strength calculation formula is proposed for LBL tooth plate joints,which remarkably reduces the prediction error.Comparison with glued laminated bamboo(glubam)toothed plate joints shows that arranging transverse bamboo strips is a reasonable method to improve the connection performance of LBL toothed plate joints.
