摘  要:在变电站倒闸操作中,挂接地线是确保工作人员安全的重要措施。为实现接地线使用过程的无死角监测,设计了一套基于LoRa局域无线网络智能接地线及其管控系统,该系统能够精确监测到接地线的安装位置以及接地线是否可靠悬挂于导体上,同时实现了接地线的全寿命周期管控。另外,系统还实现了接地线的使用权限、安装地点与操作票的关联,并且确保了接地线使用过程无死角监测,从而提升了接地线使用的规范性和安全性。In switching operation of substation,hanging grounding wire is an important measure to ensure the safety of staff.In order to realize the monitoring without dead space during the use of grounding wire,the author designs an intelligent grounding wire and its control system based on LoRa local wireless network.This system can accurately monitor the installation position of the grounding wire and whether the grounding wire is reliably suspended on the conductor,and it can also realize the management and control of the grounding wire's life cycle.The system realizes the correlation between the operation ticket and the use permission and the installation site,and ensures that there is no dead space monitoring during the use of the grounding wire.Thus the system can improve the standardization and safety of the use of the grounding wire.
