摘　　要：庙底沟类型彩陶图案有两大主题:花瓣纹和回旋勾连纹,均属于植物型纹饰图案。花瓣纹主要摹拟花朵绽放的平面形态,以仿真写实底纹为主要构图方式。回旋勾连纹主要表现植物花冠部分缠绕的侧影形态,以抽象写意彩纹为主要构图方式。两种图案主题与两种构图技法在相当长时间内既平行存在,又交叉使用,共同创造了中国史前彩陶二维构图艺术的经典。Two major motifs on the Miaodigou type painted pottery are the petal pattern and the convoluted,connected pattern,both of which are plant patterns.The petal pattern mainly mimics the plane shape of blooming flowers,with the realistic background patterns as the main composition.The convoluted,connected pattern mainly depicts the sideways silhouette of twining corollas of plants,and its composition mostly involves abstract,freehand colour patterns.In quite a long time,both motifs and two kinds of composition coexisted and alternated,jointly creating classic two-dimensional composition of patterns on China's prehistoric painted pottery.
