摘 要:本文以浙江某海上风电场为背景,以无功补偿装置为研究对象,针对风电场升压站低压侧存在电压波动、谐波干扰等影响电能质量的问题,提出了一种基于静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的风电场无功补偿设计。该方案通过电压外环和电流内环控制,实现对线路的无功补偿。在此基础上进行实验,通过在MATLAB/SIMULINK平台上搭建仿真模型,验证该设计方案能较好应对电压波动,并稳定线路功率;在实际某海上风电场现场设备中布置±40 MVar的无功补偿设备,通过采集现场数据并分析,结果表明该设计方案能有效抑制五次谐波和七次谐波,降低电压总畸变率,提升电能质量。通过仿真与生产现场实验验证,结果表明该方法能有效改善输出无功补偿效果,提升电能质量,具有良好的实际应用价值。Based on the wind farms,this article points to reactive power compensation devices.To solve the problems of power quality,such as voltage fluctuations or harmonic interference on the low-voltage side,a wind farm reactive power compensation design based on STATCOM is proposed.This scheme achieves line-reactive-power compensation through voltage outer loop and current inner loop control.Hence,experiments are taken to verify this design.A simulation model was built on the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform to verify that the design scheme can effectively cope with voltage fluctuations and stabilize line power.In the actual industry,a±40MVar reactive power compensation device was installed on equipments of an offshore wind farm in Zhejiang.By collecting actual industry data and analyzing it,the results showed that this method can effectively suppress the fifth and seventh harmonics,reduce the total voltage distortion rate,further,improve power quality.Through simulation and on-site experiments,the results show that this method can effectively improve output reactive power compensation,enhance power quality,and has good practical application value.
