摘  要:本文通过阐述某风电大基地项目由于前期缺乏实测风数据,仅采用收集到1座场外的实测风塔,给场区资源评估和机组选型带来了较大的不确定。后续经过设立实测风塔,采用原推到数据、测风满3个月、6个月、9个月实测风速数据插补到完整年数据值,与实测满1年数据进行对比,并依据机组极限载荷、疲劳载荷安全性评估的文献资料,重新对场区风资源和机组载荷安全性进行复核。进一步分析项目不同阶段风参评估对风机载荷安全性的影响,对该地区后续的风电项目风资源评估与风机选型提供参考依据。This article explains that a certain wind power base project,due to the lack of measured wind data in the early stage,only collected one measured wind tower outside the site,which brought significant uncertainty to the resource evaluation and unit selection of the site.Subsequently,through the establishment of actual wind towers,the original data and wind speed data measured for 3,6,and 9 months were interpolated into the complete annual data values,and compared with the actual data measured for 1 year.Based on the literature on the safety assessment of the unit's ultimate load and fatigue load,the site's wind resources and unit load safety were reevaluated.Further analyze the impact of wind parameter assessment on the safety of wind turbine loads at different stages of the project,and provide reference basis for the subsequent wind resource assessment and wind turbine selection of wind power projects in the region.
