摘 要:石灰石粉制备系统是循环流化床机组重要附属系统之一,柱磨机+瀑流式选粉机(以下简称“柱磨机系统”)的石灰石粉制备系统具有运行稳定、检修维护工作量小等优点,在循环流化床锅炉机组中广泛应用。本文提出一种破碎机+瀑流式分选的石灰石粉制备系统,开展试验研究,并进行包括柱磨机系统在内的多方案技术经济比较,为循环流化床机组石灰石粉制备系统的深化研究提供参考。As one of the important auxiliary systems of the circulatingfluidized bed unit,Compared with the previous systems,the limestone powder preparation system of column mill+waterfall type powder separation shows the advantages of stable operation and superior particle size distribution of the finished powder,and it has been widely used in circulatingfluidized bed boiler units.However,with the deepening of practical application,the system also confronts various problems,The paper introduces a system combining a crusher and waterfall type powder separation for the production of limestone powder.It conducts experimental studies and performs technical and economic comparisons of multiple schemes,including the column mill system,to provide insights for further research on limestone powder preparation systems for circulatingfluidized bed boiler units..
