摘 要:本文论述了燃煤系统智能化设计的含义及设计范围,从人员工作状态智能管理、燃煤数据智能采集、设备运行智能管控三个方面进行论述。按照煤源采购、煤场存储、供煤三个阶段对燃煤数据智能化采集做了分析论述,从各种卸煤形式出发对卸煤设备运行智能管控做了分析,还从未来煤场发展趋势的角度提出了煤场运行智能管控的发展方向。This paper briefly discusses the meaning and design scope of intelligent design of coal-fired system.This article discusses three aspects:intelligent management of personnel work status,intelligent collection of coal-fired data,and intelligent control of equipment operation.This article analyzes and discusses the intelligent collection of coal data in three stages:coal source procurement,coal yard storage,and coal supply.Starting from various forms of coal unloading,this article analyzes the intelligent control of coal unloading equipment operation and proposes the development direction of intelligent management of coal yard operation from the perspective of future coal yard development trends.
