摘　　要：在全球气候变暖的背景下,格陵兰岛因其丰富的能源资源,成为外界关注的能源“热土”,也为中国参与格陵兰国际能源合作提供了机遇。格陵兰的石油、铀矿等不可再生能源储量丰富,水能、风能等可再生能源开发潜力巨大,太阳能、地热能也具有一定的应用场景,但开发程度普遍较低。格陵兰能源消费的多元化程度低,清洁能源发展水平有限,石油占据了主要部分,且石油产品全部依赖进口。格陵兰自身的能力十分有限,导致丰富的能源资源不能得到有效利用。格陵兰地方政府与丹麦中央政府的双层博弈,也影响了格陵兰的对外能源合作。美国在北大西洋地区的地缘政治影响力,对包括中国在内的不同开发主体参与格陵兰国际能源合作亦增添了障碍。中国已经在人文交流、基础设施建设、矿产开发等领域与格陵兰进行了一定的合作尝试。未来需要在气候变化乃至全球治理的视野下,关注地缘政治不同方面的利益诉求,树立全球治理理念,重点从清洁能源角度切入格陵兰能源领域的国际合作。In the context of global warming,Greenland has become an energy"hot land"because of its rich energy resources,providing opportunities for China to participate in the international energy cooperation with Greenland.Greenland has abundant reserves of non-renewable energy such as oil and uranium,and has great potential for the development of renewable energy such as hydropower and wind power.Solar energy and geothermal energy have certain application scenarios,but the degree of development is generally low.Greenland's energy consumption is less diversified,the development level of clean energy is limited,oil accounts for the majority of energy consumption,and all the oil products are imported.Due to Greenland's limited capacity,its abundant energy resources cannot be utilized effectively.The two-tier game between Greenland's local government and Denmark's central government has affected Greenland's foreign energy cooperation.The geopolitical influence of the United States in the North Atlantic region has also added obstacles to the participation of different development players,including China,in the international energy cooperation with Greenland.China has made some attempts to cooperate with Greenland in such fields as people-to-people exchanges,infrastructure construction and mineral exploitation.In the future,it is necessary to pay attention to the interests of different parties involved in geopolitics from the perspective of climate change and even global governance,establish the concept of global governance,and focus on international cooperation in Greenland's energy sector from the perspective of clean energy.
