一种水溶性降黏剂的制备与性能评价——以内蒙古稠油为例

摘　　要：为解决内蒙古两干地区稠油难以进行蒸汽吞吐开发的问题,以烷基苯酚为主材料,通过催化,使羰基、亚胺基官能团与取代苯发生缩聚反应,构建低聚型表面活性剂分子骨架结构,利用加入双反应位点的丁二醛形成支化型结构,然后以苯环上的反应位点引入亲水基团,制备了一种新型的水溶性降黏剂M1-VRJ。以毛1区块的两种稠油为例,研究评价其降黏性能。结果表明,单一的M1-VRJ体系和不同浓度聚丙烯酰胺的复配体系降黏率都高达96%以上;降黏剂的最佳反应温度为40℃,最佳反应时间为6h,最优使用浓度为0.7%(质量分数);在酸性和中性条件下进行测试,在中性条件下的降黏效果更好。M1-VRJ降黏剂可以实现稠油的乳化分散,稠油黏度大幅度降低。室内驱油实验表明,M1-VRJ/聚丙烯酰胺复合驱对毛1区块稠油的室内模拟驱油提高采收率约12个百分点。To solve the issue of difficult multi-cycle steam stimulation of heavy oil in the two dry areas of Inner Mongolia,alkylphenol as the main material is used as a catalyst to make the polycondensation reaction between carbonyl and imino functional groups and substituted benzene,and to construct the molecular skeleton structure of oligomeric surfactant.The branched structure is formed by adding the double reaction sites of succinaldehyde,and then the hydrophilic group is introduced through the reaction sites on the benzene ring.A new water-soluble viscosity reducer M1-VRJ is prepared.Two kinds of heavy oils in the Mao1 block are studied and their viscosity-reducing properties are evaluated.The results show that the viscosity reduction rates of a single M1-VRJ system and the compound system of polyacrylamide with different concentrations are above 96%.The optimum reaction temperature of the viscosity reducer is 40℃,the optimum reaction time is 6h,and the optimum concentration(mass fraction)is 0.7%.It is tested under acidic and neutral conditions,and the viscosity reduction effect is better under neutral conditions.M1-VRJ viscosity reducer can emulsify and disperse heavy oil,and the viscosity of heavy oil is greatly reduced.Laboratory oil displacement experiments results show that M1-VRJ/polyacrylamide combination flooding can improve the heavy oil recovery in the Mao1 block by about 12 percentage points.
