摘  要:V型滤池是水处理工程中的重要单元,目前国内大型能源化工项目水消耗量大,需要提高水的综合利用率,实现内部水循环,减少新鲜水需求。水资源回用特别需要加强V型滤池的设计与计算,保证预处理规模的合理性,确保水质达标。对项目中的V型滤池设计正常滤速6.35m/h,强制滤速8.46m/h,进水设计规模440m^(3)/h,实际排水规模为375m^(3)/h,设计规模比排水规模增大17%。对池体、设备选型进行理论结合实际的详细计算修正,反洗水泵扬程为14m,反洗风机扬程为58.8kPa,制作逻辑清晰、环环相扣的运行步序表,并进行PLC编程,在恒水位过滤下全自动化运行。合理的设计规模及滤速选取并采用PLC自动化控制后,项目实际运行结果表明:反冲洗周期长,大于24h;三步联合清洗加表面扫洗工艺使附在均质滤料上的悬浮物极易脱落,随水流进入排水渠快速排出;运行吨水电耗约为0.0033kW·h/m^(3);产水水质稳定,出水平均SS<2mg/L,长期稳定在3mg/L以下,水质优于项目设计要求。V-type filter is an important unit in water treatment projects.At present,large domestic energy and chemical projects consume large amounts of water,so it is necessary to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of water,achieve internal water circulation and reduce the demand for fresh water.Water reuse particularly requires strengthening the design and calculation of V-type filters to ensure that the pre-treatment scale is reasonable and the water quality standards are met.For the V-type filters in a project,the normal filter speed was 6.35m/h,the forced filter speed was 8.46m/h,the design inlet scale was 440m^(3)/h,and the actual drainage scale was 375m^(3)/h.The design inlet scale was 17%higher than the actual drainage scale.The pool body and equipment selection were calculated and corrected in detail by combining theory with practice.The head of backwashing pump was 14m and the head of backwashing fan was 58.8kPa.A logical and interlocking order of operation steps was developed,and PLC programming was carried out to achieve fully automated operation under constant water level filtration.After reasonably designing the scale,selecting the filtration rate and adopting PLC automatic control,the actual operation results show that the backwashing cycle is longer than 24h,the three-step combined cleaning and surface cleaning process makes the suspended matter attached to the homogeneous filter material easily fall off and quickly discharge into the drainage channel with the water flow,the power consumption per ton of water is about 0.0033kW·h/m^(3),the water quality is stable,the average SS is less than 2mg/L and remains stable below 3mg/L for a long period of time,and the water quality is better than the design requirements of the project.
