摘  要:针对钢管外淋内喷式淬火和槽内淬火存在的淬透能力不足以及淬火均匀性差等问题,提出了“外淋+内喷+半浸+旋转”的淬火工艺并研发了相应的装备。该工艺装备的核心部件是半浸装置。半浸装置主要由半浸槽、旋转装置和翻料钩组成。半浸式钢管淬火工艺能够满足不同壁厚的各种钢管的淬火需求,增强钢管淬火后的整体性能,为钢管制造业带来显著的经济效益。To the problems of insufficient quenching ability and poor quenching uniformity in the external spray and internal spray quenching and the quenching inside tanks of steel pipes,a quenching process of“external spray+internal spray+semi-immersion+rotation”was proposed and corresponding equipment was developed,its core component is the semi-immersion device.The semi-immersion device mainly consists of a semi-immersion tank,a rotating device,and a flipping hook.The semi immersion quenching process for steel pipe can meet the quenching needs of various steel pipes with different wall thicknesses,and improve the overall performance of quenched steel pipes,which brings significant economic benefits to the steel pipe manufacturing industry.
