摘  要:由于某彩涂机组中缝合机带钢缝合后脱模困难、带材冲裁边部容易产生毛刺影响带材质量,分析其主要原因是机架的刚度不足导致冲模上下冲头侧间隙发生变化。根据缝合机的结构组成和工作原理,提出了机架结构优化设计方案。用诺莎里公式计算带钢缝合力,计算结果用于缝合机的冲模和油缸的设计与选型,并将缝合力作为边界条件,利用有限元分析对机架结构进行优化设计。优化后机架及横梁的刚度满足要求,且保证上下冲模各刀片的间隙一致。很大程度地减少了带钢缝合后脱模困难、带材冲裁边部容易产生毛刺问题。Due to the difficulty in demolding after the steel strip is sewn in a certain color coating unit and the easy generation of burrs at the edge of the strip during blanking,which affects the quality of the strip,the main reason is analyzed as the insufficient rigidity of the machine frame,leading to changes in the side clearance between the upper and lower punch of the die.Based on the structural composition and working principle of the strip stitching machine,an optimized design scheme for the machine frame structure is proposed.The force required for steel strip sewing is calculated using the Norris-Lewis formula,and the calculation results are used for the design and selection of the die and cylinder of the sewing machine.Taking the sewing force as the boundary condition,finite element analysis is employed to optimize the design of the machine frame structure.After optimization,the rigidity of the frame and crossbeam meets the requirements,ensuring consistent clearance between each blade of the upper and lower punches,which has greatly reduced the difficulty in demolding after steel strip sewing and the problem of easily produced burrs at the edge of the strip during blanking.
