摘　　要：尼日利亚KANO锡钽铁砂矿地处尼日利亚中部乔斯高原腹地,成矿区属乔斯-包奇金、铌钽、锡石等多金属成矿带。矿区内矿体主要赋存于第四纪松散层砂(砾)层、黏土层和黏土(质)砂砾层中,矿体呈长条板状,长1273 m,宽40~250 m,厚0.50~2.78 m,自北向南贯穿整个矿区。矿床为第四纪次生沉积矿产,矿砂主要重砂矿物为锡石、铌铁矿、钛铁矿、锆石、独居石等,成矿物质来源主要为乔斯高原附近的斑状黑云母二长花岗岩和细中粒黑云角闪二长花岗岩风化松散堆积物,随水流进入盆地内沉积,并富集形成的河漫滩型冲积砂矿床。The KANO tin-tantalum iron sand deposit is situated in the central Nigeria Jos Plateau region.The deposit is part of the Jos-Bauchi gold,niobium-tantalum,and polymetallic metallogenic belt,which includes cassiterite,among other minerals.The ore bodies are primarily found within Quaternary loose sand(gravel)layers,clay layers,and clayey(silty)gravel layers.The ore bodies exhibit an elongated slab-like form,measuring 1273 meters in length,40 to 250 meters in width,and 0.50 to 2.78 meters in thickness,extending from north to south across the entire mining area.The deposit is a Quaternary secondary sedimentary mineral resource,with the main heavy sand minerals being cassiterite,columbite-tantalite,ilmenite,zircon,monazite,etc.The source of the ore-forming materials is mainly attributed to the weathered and loosely deposited porphyritic biotite monzonitic granite and fine-medium grained biotite-hornblende monzonitic granite from the nearby Jos Plateau.These materials are transported by water flow into the basin,deposit,and concentrate to form floodplain alluvial placer deposits.
