摘  要:目的:开展卫糖谷膳对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素、糖脂代谢、胰腺病理形态的影响研究,为使用卫糖谷膳提供实验学依据。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠分为对照组(A组)和普通饲料组(B组),高糖高脂组(C组),卫糖谷膳组(D组),二甲双胍组+卫糖谷膳组(E组),二甲双胍+普通饲料组(F组)。每周测FBG及2h-PG,第2、4周行OGTT,代谢笼内记录饮食、饮水、二便量,4周后取血及胰腺组织,测糖脂、胰岛素及安全指标,胰腺行HE染色。结果:与B、C组相比,D、E组二便量、饮食量减少(P<0.05);与B、C、F组相比,D、E组FINS、QUICKI、HDL-C增加(P<0.05),FBG、2h-PG、TG、LDL-C降低(P<0.05),HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、葡萄糖耐量改善(P<0.05);与B、C、F组相比,D、E组胰腺组织中沉积糖原、淋巴细胞浸润较少,泡心细胞数量更多。结论:卫糖谷膳可改善T2DM大鼠多饮、多食、多尿的症状,改善T2DM大鼠糖脂代谢、胰岛细胞功能、胰腺损伤及炎症反应。Objective:The study of insulin,glucose-lipid metabolism,and pancreatic pathological morphology in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)rats by the therapeutic formula Grains meal of safeguarding blood glucose provided a basis for the use of Grains meal of safeguarding blood glucose.Methods:Forty male SD rats were divided into control group(group A)and model General feed group(group B),model High sugar and high fat group(group C),Grains meal of safeguarding blood glucose group(group D),metformin group+Grains meal of safeguarding blood glucose group(group E),Metformin+regular feed group(group F).FBG and 2h-PG were measured weekly,and OGTT was performed in the 2nd and 4th weeks.Diet,water intake and diarrhea were recorded in the metabolic cage,and blood and pancreatic tissues were taken after 4 weeks to measure glucose-lipid,insulin and safety indexes.The pancreas was stained with HE.Results:Compared with model groups B and C,excrete volume of stool and urine and diet volume were reduced in groups D and E(P<0.05).Compared with model groups B,C and F,FINS,QUICKI and HDL-C were increased in groups D and E(P<0.05),FBG,2h-PG,TG and LDL-C were reduced(P<0.05),and HOMA-IR,HOMA-β and glucose tolerance were improved(P<0.05).Compared with groups B,C and F,there were less glycogen deposition,less lymphocyte infiltration and more alveolar cells in groups D and E.Conclusion:Grains meal of safeguarding blood glucose can improve the symptoms of polydipsia,polyphagia and polyuria,improve glucose lipid metabolism,pancreatic islet cell function,pancreatic injury and inflammatory response in T2DM rats.
