系统管理理论视阈下重大国际体育赛事中的语言服务合作模式研究:以北京冬奥会为例

摘　　要：语言服务历来是重大国际体育赛事中的一项重要基础性工作,促进多种业务领域无障碍交流、协同工作,确保赛事作为跨国和跨业务领域体系的整体性和自我生产能力。北京冬奥会语言服务团队在本次冬奥周期高质量完成了所有语言服务工作,其间积累的合作经验已成为宝贵的奥运遗产,但缺乏系统凝练和整体表达。鉴于此,本研究依托系统管理理论,运用文献研究法、访谈法和问卷调查法,对北京冬奥会语言服务处的相关报道、工作人员和志愿者代表开展深度调研,总结其合作运行机制与路径,并就尚存问题提出完善建议,进而构建出重大国际体育赛事语言服务“四体五维三阶”合作模式,旨在为未来类似活动制定语言服务政策与规划提供参考,确保语言服务工作与合作高质量推进。Language services are a cornerstone of major international sports events,playing a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication and collaborative work across various sectors,while maintaining the coherence and self-sustaining capacity of the event.The language service team of the Beijing Winter Olympics delivered highquality language services throughout the Games,creating a valuable Olympic legacy.However,this legacy lacks in-depth analysis and comprehensive synthesis.Addressing this gap,the present study draws on General Systems Theory to engage in thorough research,including the examination of related documents,conducting interviews,and administering surveys to staff and volunteers of the language service team at the Beijing Winter Olympics.This research distills the cooperative operational mechanisms and identifies areas for improvement.Furthermore,the study proposes a"four-entity,fivedimension,three-stage"cooperation model for language services in major international sports events.
