摘 要:为了解决无线终端难以选择无线工作频率发射信号以及发射机对带外信号抑制不足的难题,设计一种具有二次谐波抑制的双频高效率滤波功率放大器,提出了双功能双频阻抗控制器和双频滤波阻抗变换器的结构及设计方法,通过解析计算方式获取了该结构的全部设计参数.电磁仿真结果表明,工作频率为1.785GHz和2.415GHz的输出功率分别为40.8dBm和40.1dBm,漏极效率分别为62.9%和60.8%,增益分别为10.8dB和10.1dB,在二次谐波频率3.57GHz和4.83GHz的抑制分别达到43.7dBc和69.7dBc.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for wireless terminal to select the wireless operating frequency to transmit signals and the transmitter has insufficient suppression of the out-of-band signal,a dual-frequency high-efficiency filter power amplifier with second harmonic suppression is designed,and the structure and design method of dual-function dual-frequency impedance converter and dual-frequency filter impedance converter are presented.All the design parameters of the structure are obtained by analytical calculation.The electromagnetic simulation results show that the output power of 1.785GHz and 2.415GHz is 40.8dBm and 40.1dBm respectively,the drain efficiency 62.9%and 60.8%,and the gain 10.8 dB and 10.1 dB,respectively,and that the suppression of the second harmonic frequencies at 3.57GHz and 4.83GHz reaches 43.7 dBc and 69.7 dBc,respectively.
