摘 要:样车试制阶段已开始应用自动化焊装线进行白车身焊接。应用于样车试制的自动化焊装线一般占地小、集成度高,实现了在同一工位或少量工位完成焊接以及不同车型的快速切换定位焊接。本文提出了一种用于样车自动化焊接白车身顶盖的集成定位工装方案,把顶盖前、后横梁定位工装和顶盖定位工装这两个有先后顺序的工装集成在一起,通过选用带自锁的双导杆气缸,设计出合理的集成工装,再辅助气控和电控程序来实现相关时序动作。During the prototype production stage,automated welding lines have been applied for white body welding.The automated welding assembly line applied to prototype production generally occupies a small area and has high integration,achieving welding at the same station or a small number of stations,as well as quick switching of positioning welding for different vehicle models.A solution for integrated positioning tooling for automated welding of white body roof covers in prototype vehicles has been proposed.The two sequential tooling,namely the front and rear crossbeam positioning tooling and the top cover positioning tooling,are integrated together.By selecting a double guide rod cylinder with self-locking,a reasonable integrated tooling is designed,which is then assisted by pneumatic and electrical control programs to achieve relevant timing actions.
