摘 要:汽车变速器油封漏油是影响变速器性能和寿命的主要问题之一。本文通过对油封失效模式进行分析,发现密封唇口翻边磨损、油封外缘切边、油封装配不到位和油封脱出是常见的失效模式。针对这些问题,采用重新设计压头、优化壳体内孔加工、改进装配方式、标准化油封管理等措施进行工艺优化。应用优化后的工艺,在实际生产中显著减少了油封漏油的故障,提高了变速器的密封性能和可靠性。案例分析表明,通过标准化装配工艺、严格同轴度监控和油封压装过程中压力与压装位移监控可以有效防止油封失效,提升产品质量和客户满意度。The oil seal leakage of automobile transmission is one of the main problems affecting transmission performance and life.By analyzing the failure mode of oil seal,it is found that the common failure modes are flanging of seal lip,cutting edge of oil seal,improper assembly of oil seal and oil seal ejection.To solve these problems,the process optimization was carried out by redesigning the indenter,optimizing the inner hole processing of the shell,improving the assembly method and standardizing the oil seal management.The application of the optimized technology significantly reduces the oil seal leakage failure in actual production,and improves the sealing performance and reliability of the transmission.Case studies show that standardized assembly process,strict coaxiality monitoring and pressure and displacement monitoring during oil seal pressing can effectively prevent oil seal failure,improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
