两种汽车防尘套全生命周期对比分析

摘　　要：汽车防尘罩是汽车零部件中不可缺少的一部分。本文对不同材质、不同工艺防尘罩的环境影响进行了分析,利用全生命周期评价方法通过目标与范围确定、清单分析、结果解释,对汽车防尘罩的生产、使用、回收阶段进行了环境影响评价。利用eFootprint平台系统将两种防尘罩的生产过程进行建模,得到两种防尘罩与环境影响之间的关系,得出综合环境影响值,为企业材料选用提供参考借鉴,推动防尘罩绿色生产。Automotive dust cover is an indispensable part of automotive parts.This paper analyses the environmental impacts of dust covers made of different materials and processes,and evaluates the environmental impacts of the production,use and recycling phases of automotive dust covers using the full life cycle assessment methodology through the determination of objectives and scope,inventory analysis and interpretation of results.The eFootprint platform system is used to model the production process of the two types of dust cover,to obtain the relationship between the two types of dust cover and the environmental impact,and to derive a comprehensive environmental impact value,which is hoped to provide reference for enterprise material selection and promote the green production of dust cover.
