摘 要:测量系统R&R分析在汽车行业得到广泛的应用,随着汽车行业竞争日益激烈,各主机厂加快开发流程,缩短开发周期,给测量系统分析带来一定影响。测量系统R&R分析获取的样本可能来自不稳定的生产过程,违背了AIAGMSA手册中关于取样之规定。为解决此问题,本文通过理论分析,提出采用公差比来确认测量系统的重复性和再现性变差,较好地解决了实践中的困难。Measurement system R&R analysis has been widely used in the automotive industry.With the increasing competition in the automotive industry,OEM speed up the development process and shorten the development cycle,which has a certain impact on the measurement system analysis.The samples obtained by the measurement system R&R analysis may come from the unstable production process,which violates the provisions on sampling in the AIAG MSA manual.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to use the tolerance ratio to confirm the repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system,which solves the difficulties in practice.
