摘　　要：汽车缸盖螺栓是汽车的基础零件之一,主要承受交变荷载,要求具有较高的疲劳强度,欲提高螺栓连接件的寿命,必须改进装配工艺,加强对预紧力的控制,一般采用“扭矩-角度法”,其中的各个步骤及方法非常重要,直接影响发动机的可靠性及生产一致性。The cylinder head bolt is one of the basic parts of the car,mainly bear alternating loads,requiring a high fatigue strength,to improve the life of the bolt connector,must improve the assembly process,strengthen the control of the preload force,generally using the"torque-angle method","torque-angle method"in the various steps and methods are also very important.It directly affects the reliability and production consistency of the engine.
