摘  要:新能源汽车在试车场进行道路耐久试验时出现驱动电机轴承失效的现象,本文对可能影响的因素进行详细分析,并提出相应的优化措施。首先,在试车场采集汽车驱动电机的道路载荷谱,计算道路载荷谱的分布和循环圈数;其次,采用等效损伤理论,将不同水平的载荷等效至试验载荷并折算循环圈数,再结合行驶工况,制定加速疲劳试验方法;最后,对改进后的驱动电机进行强化试验,并通过试验验证其合理性。During the road durability tests of new energy vehicles,the failure of drive motor bearing is occurred.Then the corresponding optimization measures are proposed thorough analysis of potential influencing factors.The road load spectrum for the drive motor is obtained in the prove ground,and its distribution as well as cycle count is obtained.Subsequently,based on equivalent damage theory,loads at various levels are regarded as equivalent to the test load and number of load cycles is worked out,which leads to the development of the accelerated fatigue life test method by combining the driving conditions.Finally,the enhanced test is carried out on the improved drive motor,and its rationality is verified by the test.
