摘 要:本文以异佛尔酮二胺、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、双酚A型环氧树脂E51和丙烯酸异辛酯为原料制备了水性环氧胺类固化剂,研究了E51和丙烯酸异辛酯的用量对固化剂黏度的影响,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪对固化剂结构进行了表征。随后进一步研究了不同固化剂所配制的水性环氧涂料的表干时间及其固化涂层的硬度、耐介质及防腐等性能,并研究了不同锌粉含量环氧富锌涂层的耐盐雾性能。结果表明,丙烯酸异辛酯用量越多,合成的固化剂黏度越低,涂料表干时间越慢,固化后的涂层硬度越低、耐介质性越好、吸水率越低、防腐蚀效果越好;锌粉含量越高、耐盐雾性能越好。In this paper,waterborne epoxy amine curing agents were synthesized using isophorone diamine,polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether,bisphenol A-type epoxy resin E51,and isooctyl acrylate.The impact of varying dosages of E51 and isooctyl acrylate on the viscosity of the curing agents was investigated.The structure of the synthesized curing agents was characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy.Furthermore,the surface drying time of waterborne epoxy coatings formulated with different curing agents,as well as the hardness,media resistance,and corrosion resistance of the cured coatings,was explored.Additionally,the salt spray resistance of epoxy zinc-rich coatings with varying zinc powder contents was examined.Results indicated that higher dosages of isooctyl acrylate led to lower viscosity of the synthesized curing agent,slower surface drying time,lower hardness of the cured coating,improved dielectric resistance,reduced water absorption rate,and enhanced corrosion prevention properties.The results also revealed that the higher zinc powder content in the coating,the better the salt spray resistance.
