摘 要:本文通过对小型反应器内气相甲醇催化制二甲醚反应进行数值模拟,探究了在一定的甲醇质量空速下,不同的反应温度对催化剂床层轴径向温度分布的影响。研究结果表明:当甲醇质量空速为1 h-1,反应温度为250℃时,催化剂床层的轴向温度呈抛物线状分布,并在床层中下部位置处达到最高。该模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,同时床层各轴向高度上的径向温度分布呈中心高边壁低的分布特征;当甲醇质量空速为1 h-1,反应温度分别为270℃和290℃时,床层的轴向温度分布均呈现入口较低而中间位置温度较高的规律,这与反应温度为250℃的结果相近,同时床层各轴向高度上的径向温度分布均呈边壁高中心低的分布特征,而这与反应温度为250℃时的径向温度分布规律相反。Based on the numerical simulation for the catalytic reaction of gaseous methanol to dimethyl ether in a small reactor,the effects of different reaction temperatures on the axial and radial temperature distribution of the catalyst bed were investigated under a certain methanol mass space velocity.The results show that when the methanol mass space velocity is 1 h-1 and the reaction temperature is 250℃,the axial temperature of the catalyst bed is parabolically distributed,and reaches the highest at the middle and lower parts of the bed.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.At the same time,the radial temperature distribution at each axial height of the bed is characterized by higher value in the center and lower one near the wall.While the methanol mass space velocity is 1 h-1 and the reaction temperature is 270℃and 290℃respectively,the axial temperature distribution of the bed is lower at the inlet and outlet and higher at the middle position,which is similar to the result under the reaction temperature of 250℃.At the same time,the radial temperature distribution at each axial height of the bed shows the distribution characteristics of higher value near wall and lower one in the center,which is opposite to results under the reaction temperature of 250℃.
