摘　　要：将n-李代数的Reynolds算子的概念推广到3-李超代数,给出了3-李超代数的Reynolds算子的定义,证明了3-李超代数的Reynolds算子和导子的关系.The notion of a Reynolds operator on an n-Lie algebra is generalized to the 3-Lie superalgebras,the notion of a Reynolds operator on 3-Lie superalgebras is given and the relationship between Reynolds operators and derivations on an 3-Lie superalgebras is illustrated.
