摘  要:荧光探针法以其灵敏度高、选择性强和实时响应等优点被广泛应用于生物体和环境检测.因此,开发结构多样的荧光探针具有非常重要的理论和实际意义.基于菲并咪唑发光团,设计合成了一个含有苯甲酰肼结构的亚胺型菲并咪唑反应型ClO^(-)荧光探针(PIP-BH),并对合成的荧光探针结构进行了表征和确认.通过紫外光谱和荧光光谱对探针PIP-BH在水相中的聚集诱导淬灭(aggregation-caused quenching,ACQ)效应进行了研究,并通过丁达尔效应和扫描电子显微镜测试(SEM)直观观察了探针PIP-BH在水溶液中的聚集效果.在MeOH/PBS(f_(w)=40%,PBS 0.01mol·L^(-1),pH=7.4)缓冲溶液中,通过荧光光谱详细讨论了探针PIP-BH对ClO^(-)的荧光响应特征,探针PIP-BH能够选择性地识别ClO^(-),并伴随着发射波长的蓝移,响应的pH范围内(5.0~11.0)较宽,具有较好的实际应用价值.The method of fluorescence probe,due to its advantages of high sensitivity,strong selectivity,and real-time response,has been widely applied in the detection of organisms and environments.Therefore,the development of structurally diverse fluorescence probes is of great theoretical and practical significance.Based on phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole luminophore,a reactive fluorescent probe(PIP-BH)towards ClO^(-)which contains a benzoyl hydrazine moiety was designed and synthesized,and its structure was fully characterized and confirmed.The aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)effect of the probe PIP-BH in aqueous phase was investigated by UV and fluorescence spectra,further confirmed through the Tyndall effect and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)tests.In the MeOH/PBS(f_(w)=40%,PBS 0.01 mol·L^(-1),pH=7.4)buffer solution,the fluorescence response characteristics of the probe PIP-BH towards ClO^(-)were discussed in detail by the fluorescence spectrum.The probe PIP-BH can selectively recognize ClO^(-)in the range of wide pH values(5.0~11.0),accompanied by the blue shift of emission wavelength,which demonstrates that PIP-BH has good application value in real detection.
