摘 要:微生物肥料作为环境友好新型肥料日益受到人们的重视.为探究微生物肥料对土壤微生物群落的影响,在黑土和盐碱土上进行水稻盆栽种植实验,期间以养猪废水微生物肥料灌溉水稻并收集水稻根际土壤与根区土壤进行16S rRNA高通量测序.结果表明,施用养猪废水微生物肥料可以提升黑土微生物群落的Chao,Shannon指数,但降低了盐碱土中微生物群落的Chao,Shannon指数;基于主成分分析和P检验,观察到不同组间微生物群落存在显著影响;韦恩图显示,肥料的施用提升了黑土细菌和真菌群落的独有OTUs数,但在盐碱土样品中观察到相反的现象;在土壤群落丰度分析中发现,黑土和盐碱土中有益于植物生长的微生物群落相对丰度得到提升,尤其是其中的芽孢杆菌科(Bacillaceae)和根瘤菌科(Rhizobiaceae)微生物.此外,设置了不同的微生物肥料浓度处理组及在不同的土壤进行水稻种植实验,可为当地水稻种植提供科学高效的施肥依据.Microbial fertilizers are increasingly popular as emerging fertilizers.To investigate the effects of microbial fertilizers on soil microbial communities,rice pot planting experiments were conducted on black and saline−alkali soil,during which rice was irrigated with pig wastewater microbial fertilizers and the test soils were collected for 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that the application of pig wastewater microbial fertilizer increased the Chao and Shannon index of the microbial community in black soil,but decreased the Chao and Shannon index of the microbial community in salt-alkaline soil.Based on principal component analysis and P test,it was observed that there was a significant effect of microbial community among different groups.The Veen plots showed that the application of fertilizer increased the number of OTUs unique to the bacterial and fungal communities in black soil,but the opposite phenomenon was observed in the salt-alkaline soil samples.In soil community abundance analysis,found that the relative abundance of microbial communities beneficial to plant growth was enhanced in black and saline−alkali soil,especially among the microorganisms of the Bacillaceae and Rhizobiaceae.In addition,set up different microbial fertilizer concentration treatment groups and rice planting experiments in different soils,which can provide a scientific and efficient fertilizer application basis for local rice planting.
