摘  要:铁氧还蛋白广泛存在于各种动植物及细菌中,可将电子从供体分子转移到受体分子,从而实现其在能量生成、生物合成、氧化还原信号传导过程中的功能,同时铁氧还蛋白还在脂肪酸代谢、硝酸盐同化、硫酸盐同化等多种生命活动中发挥作用.在植物逆境应答功能方面,铁氧还蛋白在植物抵抗各类病原体的侵染过程中发挥作用,能够改变植物对细菌和病毒的抗性,同时可通过参与活性氧的清除增加植物应对多种逆境胁迫的能力.研究植物铁氧还蛋白在逆境响应中的功能对于植物具有重要的意义.对近年来植物铁氧还蛋白的结构、分类、生理生化功能等方面的研究进展进行总结概括,着重阐述其在植物逆境胁迫响应过程中所发挥作用,为进一步研究植物铁氧还蛋白功能提供理论基础.Ferredoxins are widely found in animals,plants and bacteria,which can transfer electrons from donor molecules to recipient molecules,thus their functions in energy generation,biosynthesis and redox signal transduction processes can be realized,meanwhile ferredoxins also play roles in the fatty acid metabolism,nitrate assimilation,sulfate assimilation and many other vital activities.In term of plant stress responses,ferredoxins have the impact on the infection process of plants against pathogens,which can change the resistance of plants to viruses and bacteria and increase the ability of plants to cope with various stresses by participating the removal of reactive oxygen species.It is of great significance to study ferredoxins for plants.Summarized the research results of structure,classification,physiological and biochemical functions of ferredoxins in plants,and empasized on elucidating the roles in plant stress response progresses,provided a theoretical basis for further studies of ferredoxin functions in plants.
