摘 要:为了保证电网对故障处理的实时性和可靠性,降低电网运行风险,考虑负荷潮流和运行方式,提出电网风险周期性实时监测方法。通过数据接入层获取电网运行的相关数据后,由数据处理层清洗该数据并分类存储;业务层基于电网负荷潮流计算估计电网线路运行动态情况,同时聚类负荷潮流数据并采用改进的特征权重算法提取潮流数据特征,分析各个负荷潮流特征和每个故障类别之间的关联程度;应用层考虑负荷潮流和运行方式量化电网故障风险,采用平均互信息测量完成电网风险预警,实现电网全面监测。测试结果显示这种方法能够可靠完成电网负荷潮流计算,轮廓系数取值均在0.92以上,紧密性的取值均低于2.5,负荷潮流数据聚类效果良好,能够依据负荷潮流计算线路的风险概率,最高值为0.68,依据该结果实时风险预警。In order to ensure the real-time and reliability of power grid fault treatment,reduce the power grid operation risk,consider the load flow and operation mode,a periodic real-time monitoring method of power grid risk is proposed.After obtaining the relevant data of power grid operation through the data access layer,the data are cleaned and stored by the data processing layer.The business layer estimates the power grid line operation dynamics based on the power grid load flow calculation.At the same time,the load flow data are clustered and the power flow data features are extracted by the improved feature weight algorithm.It analyzes the correlation degree between each load flow features and each fault category.The application layer considers the load flow and operation mode,quantifies the power grid fault risk,uses the average mutual information measurement to complete the power grid risk early warning,and realizes the comprehensive monitoring of the power grid.The test results show that the calculation of power grid load flow can be completed reliably,the values of contour coefficient are more than 0.92,and the values of tightness are less than 2.5.The clustering effect of load flow data is good,and the risk probability of line can be calculated according to load flow,with the maximum value of 0.68.Real time risk early warning can be carried out according to the results.
