摘  要:为了解决大型水电站电力交易中存在的分时价值量化难的问题,提出一种基于分时电价测算的电力市场交易运营方法。采用弗雷歇距离对多时间尺度交易分时价格逼近分析,获得水电站分时电力交易的特征;建立双边交易与集中交易规则,采用Stackelberg博弈模型求解最优的电力交易报价,在此基础上进行电力市场交易。在某河流域水电站应用所提方法,其电力交易价格准确率为96.6%。所提方法能有效提高电力市场交易价格预测的准确性,提升水电站的电力市场交易运营水平。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to quantify the time-sharing value in electricity trading of large hydropower stations,a method of power market transaction operation based on time-of-use electricity price calculation is proposed.The characteristics of time-sharing electricity trading of hydropower stations are obtained by using Fresher distance to approximate the time-sharing price of multi-time scale transactions.The bilateral transaction and centralized transaction rules are established,and the Stackelberg game model is used to solve the optimal electricity trading quotation.On this basis,the electricity market transaction is carried out.The proposed method is applied to the hydropower station in a river basin,and the accuracy rate of the electricity transaction price is 96.6%.The proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of power market transaction price prediction and improve the power market transaction operation level of hydropower stations.
