摘 要:传统配电网规划时仅考虑了分布式发电的可持续和清洁性,忽略了分布式电源出力随机性所带来的净负荷波动。因此,结合储能装置的灵活可控,提出一种配电网双层规划模型。上层以最低年度综合成本为优化目标,求解分布式发电和储能装置的安装位置和容量。下层以最小系统网损成本为目标,根据上层优化结果,求解各安装节点分布式电源、储能装置和可调负荷的功率情况。采用单亲遗传算法和内点法分别对上、下层模型进行求解,并通过IEEE33节点系统设计仿真算例,验证了本文所提双层规划模型的有效性和经济性。Traditional distribution network planning only considers the sustainability and cleanliness of distributed generation,but ignores the net load fluctuation caused by random output of distributed power.Therefore,combining the flexibility and controllability of energy storage device,a bi-level planning model of distribution network is proposed.The upper level solves the installation location and capacity of distributed generation and energy storage with the optimization goal of minimizing the annual comprehensive cost.The lower level aims to reduce the maximum power loss of the system.According to the upper level optimization results,the power situation of distributed generation,energy storage device and adjustable load are calculated.The pathenogenetic algorithm and interior point method are used to solve the upper and lower level models respectively.The effectiveness and economy of the bi-level planning model proposed in this paper are verified by an IEEE33 bus system design simulation example.
