摘　　要：本文梳理了广东内河水运发展特征及取得的成就,针对广东内河水运发展滞后、区域发展不平衡、资源要素制约突出、港口集疏运体系不够完善等问题,进行全面分析,提出继续推进广东内河高等级航道建设,优化内河港口总体规划,加强水资源综合利用,提高内河港口专业化水平,提升内河水运智慧、绿色发展水平的发展策略,推动广东内河水运高质量发展,为区域发展新格局提供有力支撑。This paper summarizes the development characteristics and achievements of inland waters transport in Guangdong Province,and conductes a comprehensive analysis of the problems such as the lagging development of inland waters transport in Guangdong Province,unbalanced regional development,prominent constraints of resource elements,and inadequate port distribution system.It proposes the development strategy to continue promoting the construction of high-grade inland waterways in Guangdong,optimizing the overall planning of inland ports,strengthening the comprehensive utilization of water resources,improving the professional level of inland ports,and enhancing the level of intelligent and green development of inland water transportation,so as to promote the high-quality development of inland water transportation in Guangdong and provide strong support for the new pattern of regional development.
